pMany pharmacies across the UK are seeing sales rise as the Swine flu pandemic becomes more wide spread. The majority of them have seen rises in items like thermometersm hand gels and wipes, however, alot of chemists are also promoting the sale of a href=http://www.quickvit.co.uk/ target=_blanknutritional supplements/a./pp/ppNormally this wouldnt sound too bad as they are just trying to help their business.!–more– However, when you consider that they are trying to boost sales because people are worried about catching swine flu. Many people believe that because these products are being promoted that these a href=http://www.quickvit.co.uk/c-digestive-supplements/ target=_blankdigestive supplements/a, they actually have some effect for preventing the flu. There is actually almost no evidence to suggest that these prevent the spread of swine flu./pp/ppA poster was placed into many pharmacy windows the other day reading: 100,000 new cases predicted per day by the end of August according to the Government. Bio-Glucan helps to maintain a healthy immune system, the bodys natural defences against infection.. This is another example of chemists trying to get more benefits out of swine flu./pp/ppIts things like this that result in people getting scared and feeling that they need to buy all these items that dont do anything. All the scaremongering has also had an affect on what people are choosing to eat. No doubt this will help Marks and Spencers sell their new ACE pepper. This is the only pepper to contain your daily guided amount of vitamins A, C and E. Before this pepper, vitamin E was only really found in fatty things like nuts./pp/ppDespite many reports on the news about how not to be worried and the best ways to prevent the spread of the virus. There are always those people who avoid doing what is said in the news stories and would much rather buy these items that are promoted in their local chemist. I wouldnt be shocked if they eventually went to far that they said a href=http://www.quickvit.co.uk/c-silicea-new-gastrointestinal-gel/ target=_blankSilicea Gastro Gel/a would help prevent Swine flu!/p

pEverybody thinks that the seaside is the place where you can fill your lungs with good old fashioned sea air, but how good is this sea air for you? Lets start with the good points to going on a beach holiday, and why it is good for your health, then we can make a decision later/ppWhats better than going to the beach and having a good swim? Getting your heart to work hard is why swimming is great, all your muscles work together to get the body moving, you can get a strong heart beat too.!–more– Swimming allows your heart to work harder but not too hard, which means you get a decent amount of exercise in a short period of time, even while you have fun. Coupled with swimming in the sea is the sea water itself, sea water is very good for your skin. Permanent scars and acne can be cleared up with the high salt levels in the sea./ppThe sun is also good for your skin (in small doses). The sunlight provides our skin with Vitamin D which helps to defend against skin cancer and multiple sclerosis./ppIf anything the one thing we can all agree on (as long as you have a good holiday) is that holidays are best for reducing stress levels. High stress levels can cause many different problems, heart disease and skin problems are the most common. Stress can cause health problems, and getting this under control could really help. Being able to go on a href=http://www.tropicalsky.co.uk/ target=_blankluxury holidays/a by the beach will relieve stress will help you to clear your head as well./ppNow for the bad points, lets say you were looking at a href=http://www.tropicalsky.co.uk/caribbean-holidays.htm target=_blankCaribbean holidays/a for example. Youre surrounded by beaches, everywhere you go. Getting away from the sun wont be an option. The sun isnt always good for you, in high amounts it can be very bad for you. We have all been there, stayed in the sun too long and noticed we are shedding skin or glowing lobster red, the skin is just getting cooked./ppIn recent studies it has been shown that the sea air isnt actually that brilliant for you. Usually the sea air is very clean, and in most cases is than anywhere else, but it does have some nasty substances in it. Dont worry its not that serious, its just interesting to find out. DMS (dimethyl sulphide) is a substance that animals living in the sea release, it can cause irritation to the eyes and the mucous membranes. The sun helps to remove another substance that was discovered called nitryl choliride, this affects our breathing./ppSo are beach holidays good for you? If you make sure that you take care of yourself, then these holidays are great for you, relieving stress is key. Is this all really enough to prevent abyone going to the sea, the bad points arent strong enough. So if you planning a href=http://www.tropicalsky.co.uk/weddings-abroad/ target=_blankweddings abroad/a then go for it, swim in the sea and enjoy the sun./pp/p

pIs sea air actually that go for you, everyone seems to have the concept that sea air is great fresh air, but how good is it? Lets start with the good points to going on a beach holiday, and why it is good for your health, then we can make a decision later/pp/ppWhats better than going to the beach and having a good swim? Its argued that swimming is the best form of exercise; this is because you use every muscle in your body, and you get your heart pumping at a constant rate too.!–more– Your heart will work harder when you are swimming, this is great because you get a good bit of exercise, and because your having fun you dont even realise. Swimming in the sea is good for your skin and promotes skin healing. Permanent scars and acne can be cleared up with the high salt levels in the sea./pp/ppThe sun is also good for your skin (in small doses). The rays of the sun supply our skin with vitamin D and it has been shown this helps fight skin cancer and could help prevent multiple sclerosis./pp/ppIf anything the one thing we can all agree on (as long as you have a good holiday) is that holidays are best for reducing stress levels. The most common problems linked with stress are heart disease and skin problems. Making sure that you dont get too stressed, will help reduce chances of medical problems. Being able to go on a href=http://www.tropicalsky.co.uk/ target=_blankluxury holidays/a by the beach will relieve stress will help you to clear your head as well./pp/ppNow for the bad points, lets say you were looking at a href=http://www.tropicalsky.co.uk/caribbean-holidays.htm target=_blankCaribbean holidays/a for example. Everywhere you look there are beaches all around. Getting away from the sun wont be an option. The sun although is good for you in small doses is pretty bad for in high doses, as some of you will know. We have all been there, stayed in the sun too long and noticed we are shedding skin or glowing lobster red, the skin is just getting cooked./pp/ppIn recent studies it has been shown that the sea air isnt actually that brilliant for you. Although the air is cleaner than that, say in a city, it contains some interesting substances. Try not to get to worried its not as bad as it sounds. Over and around the sea is a substance called DMS (dimethyl sulphide), its released by animals and plants in the sea and irritates the eyes and mucous membranes (nose), and it is also that smell you detect when you are near the sea. Another substance that was discovered was nitryl chloride which is a respiratory inhibitor but is the most of it is broken down by the sun./pp/ppSo are beach holidays good for you? If you make sure that you take care of yourself, then these holidays are great for you, relieving stress is key. Nobody is going to stop going to the beach or going on holiday, the bad points arent bad enough yet. So if you planning a href=http://www.tropicalsky.co.uk/weddings-abroad/ target=_blankweddings abroad/a then go for it, swim in the sea and enjoy the sun./p

Some of the popular weight loss pills are:
Xenical is a weight loss medication that targets the absorption of fat in your body rather than suppressing your appetite. It is useful for long term use and has been shown to be effective for 1-2 years. Dietary fats are inhibited from being absorbed and this allows about 30% of the fat eaten in the meal to pass through the gut undigested. This helps you to reduce and maintain your weight, as well as to minimize any weight regain.
Phentermine
Oral Phentermine Hydrochloride (HCL) is sold for weight loss. Phentermine is used as an appetite suppressants in conjunction with diet, exercise, and behavior therapy. Phentermine may help you to lose weight while you are learning new ways to eat and to exercise.
Phentermine is best taken on an empty stomach approximately 30 minutes before the first meal of the day or one to two hours afterward.
Meridia
Meridia is a prescription medication that’s used along with a reduced-calorie diet to help people lose weight and keep it off. MERIDIA works by acting on the appetite control centers in the brain.
In fact, studies have shown that using MERIDIA, along with a reduced-calorie diet and exercise, helps patients lose weight and maintain weight loss for up to 2 years.1
